This tutorial is about how to add Screen Effect .
1. Open this picture .
2. Duplicate the layer . 3. Modify original layer with
Filter>Blur>Gaussain Blur .
Rudius : 1.5 Pixles .
4. Go to the layer which copy then change the mod to screen
.
5. Finally the picture will be like this .
